- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆If, you are in the hospital and are not able to pay..... DO NOT ASK THESE RUTHLESS PEOPLE FOR ANY KIND OF LATE PAYMENT HELP! This company only talks about there policy. We had a problem like this and asked them to help. Even after they got there money. WOW! They will not budge on anything. I think they did a bunch of bad loans and now there trying to correct there mistakes. If, it was there life maybe it would make sense. I know all about service and internet reviews. - ★ ★ ★ ★ ★I am a client since 1991, and I can say that I have never had any problem with this bank. Issues with some people they outsourced with in the past were resolved after I showed proof that in good faith I had been trying to get assistance from that company, but instead I had people calling me to help me with the debt during the housing crash in the year 2007-2008 while I became unable to walk on my feet or to work. I want to commend April (Attorney), Bob Emerick (Administrator), and some man that had an Italian last name...I cannot remember his last name. They all reviewed my situation, and assisted me in any way possible they could. Thanks God, I did not lose my house. People are friendly, and with online banking, I rarely go there for transactions.
