- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★The (not so) Little Bank the Could Finally fed up in 2014 with the big banks I'd always used in LA I searched for a highly rated bank in CA and found Rabobank. First I laughed at the name, then did more research and finally decided to give them a try. They're shockingly friendly and helpful at this branch and all the others I've used. You can get to know people - including the branch manager - by first name. The facility needs a face lift, but Ozzie and crew here rock!By Darryl Anderle, February 10, 2017
